Resumen

This study aims to examine the effectiveness of integrating Canva as a digital solution to assist elementary school teachers in designing interactive visual media that supports the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum. The Merdeka Curriculum emphasizes contextual, creative, and student-centered learning, requiring teachers to master adaptive and innovative media design skills. In this context, Canva, as an online graphic design application, is considered to have great potential to support these needs. The research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Data were collected through observations, in-depth interviews with elementary teachers, and documentation analysis of learning media designed using Canva. The findings indicate that the use of Canva significantly improves teachers' ability to create visually appealing media that is easy for students to understand and aligns with differentiated learning principles. Moreover, Canva is regarded as accessible, user-friendly, and facilitates collaboration among teachers. The originality of this study lies in its practical analysis of the implementation of graphic-based digital tools in the context of primary education in the digital transformation era. It provides practical contributions for teachers and policymakers in designing training strategies and strengthening the digital competence of elementary school teachers in a sustainable manner.
